Do you pray or are you just too busy? Do you have any spare time in the morning as you rise? How about at night before you retire? Do you have any spare time for God? He has never left and would love to here from you, his door is always open every minute of every day.
To the Christian who believes in God, there is no doubt whatsoever that God was, is, and always will be our eternal creator for he is the “I am”! But to those who don’t believe in God, are without God, believe in Gods, believe in Satan and demons, or have their form of God or Gods—they have just as much right to believe in their forms as we, the Christian do. Fellow Christian do you agree with that statement?
How does one keep the orderly laws of peace? To observe and keep the Divine Command which is the law of life and the way of peace. Here’s an example—Turn to Matthew 8: 23-27 (NIV) Then he (Jesus) got into the boat and his disciples followed him.
As Christians, we agree that the Bible is the infallible word of God and that the Ten Commandments were to be administered to God’s people. Ten, not one hundred, not one thousand, not five thousand, but Ten Commandments.
God has set forth before his people what is required of them in their relationship to Him and their fellow man. The choice is simple: covetousness, greed, and lust is the foundation of evil desires and peace, contentment, and gladness is the foundation for freedom from strife.
God is omniscient—when setting up the human justice system, he knew man would make false oaths and bear false witnessing or raise a false report against his neighbor, friend, or family member. Judges and juries were set in place to safeguard against false reports along with each witness examined separately to minimize collaboration and escape detection of falsified testimony.
Don’t you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then out of the body? But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these things make a man unclean. For out of the heart comes evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.
Condemnation under this law is passed upon a wide variety of activities in our modern business and financial life. Every phase of human activity that undertakes to secure something for nothing when such acquisition is a loss to others is stealing. Withholding the tithe is stealing from God, according to Malachi 3:8.
…but I do know that we are seeing signs and wonders in enormous proportions—Our world has become darker and darker with sin and everywhere we turn, the Christian faith is under constant attack.
The focus here is to unite the family and provide the reason to celebrate the Christmas holidays—the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us give thanks for the food that he has given us, the family united, the warmth of the house, the joy of knowing that you have the gift of eternal life, your sins are forgiven…
I think you will agree that if we were under God’s laws and not those of man that our world would be ideal. God has addressed every issue in his laws with a solution that makes sense and could and should be used by all.
