Demand, in the roaring 20’s, caught up with and overtook supply in both the industrial and agriculture fields only to result in debt, over-extended and decimated profits.
Four days in October 1929 would change the face of American history as the balloon began losing its air. Here is information used from the businessinsider on that fateful time.
Wall Street was booming, “the war to end all wars was finished”, the GDP rose, the almighty dollar was buying ones needs and wants, unemployment was non-existent, the United States had no national debt, thus lending millions to various countries in need.
Let’s go back in time to the roaring 20’s where Wall Street was booming, Babe Ruth and the New York Yankees were the champs of baseball, movies and movie stars were the talk of the town, authors such as F.Scott Fitzgerald & Eugene O’Neill were coming on to the scene and the flappers were dancing the Charleston.
Life is a gift and time; well, time is the clock that you can never turn backwards for once it is gone, it is gone. Time and life go hand in hand with memories of what was and what might have been.
Many foolish people have said there is no God and have tested the USA by having rid of the Ten Commandments and Bible reading in the schools. These minorities have succeeded in taking away prayer to God in the public schools and have brought forth the idea that “God is dead” so live for today and enjoy the moment.
Integrity of Character, grounded in Godly principles, producing that which is good in God’s eyes, praying without ceasing and adhering to God’s laws, ordinances, and statutes. Do we have ten men and women who have fallen on good land and produced?
Can one count the stars of the heavens? There must be Israelites everywhere—That is only logical—Why don’t you bring this up to your pastor and ask him or her who the Israelites are and the Jewish people are?
The Freedom to worship is slowly being taken away and the breath of the Christian is being sucked out without a whimper. As stated in the United States Constitution, Article 1 says Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; and yet we have states who open casinos at 50% capacity and only 50 people allowed to attend church.
I think you will agree that if we were under God’s laws and not those of man that our world would be ideal. God has addressed every issue in his laws with a solution that makes sense and could and should be used by all.
